Creating a school where children can enjoy the school life in peace

The affiliated elementary school adopted partitions with large size glass window which introduced the sunlight from outside, creating a bright learning environment. It was also easier for teachers to see children's situation by reducing the blind spots.
The toilet booth of the affiliated elementary school put emphasize on the design in ease of use, such as installing a handrail or a bench in the place for children's break.
The door of boy's room was blue, the door of the girls' room was red. ※ The picture shows the girls' room.
The classroom of the affiliated kindergarten adopted light green partition which created a bright and gentle atmosphere.
The toilet of the affiliated kindergarten adopted the "Angel booth." It clinged to the safety such as introducing the edge cover and finger pinch prevention implement.

The Tokai University attached elementary school and kindergarten were newly constructed and relocated to expand the integrated education system from kindergartens and elementary school to junior high school, high school, and university. You can see the insistence on consideration for children in various places of classrooms and toilets in the new school campus, such as the ease of use and the concern for safety. We helped the client and designer putting their aspirations into tangible through the partition.
