Establishing a clean room to improve product quality

We suggested a clean room for the factory with low ceiling height. To prevent static electricity, we applied anti-static coating to the panel.
We set up the antechamber so that dust would not get into the clean room from the entrance door of members. Also, we adopted a sliding door to make use the aperture as wide as possible.

Customer's request was to change the working chamber of existing building into a clean room as a part of their effort to improve product quality and reform worker's awareness. Before the introduction of the clean room, we made a presentation using study case of our delivery record to convey a clear image to the customer.
After delivery, we received a delightful feedback from the customer saying "We win the confidence of our customers, the orders for new products have increased, and we are carrying out substantial production activities."
